Villa Rosa – Luquillo is located right on the beach; the backyard leads straight onto the soft sandy beach and into the clear-blue ocean. It is a 3 story house with lots of room for you to spread out and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and 2 large porches with to relax and enjoy the views. There is a 3 Night minimum required over Holidays. Events are allowed but there is a fee to host an event at the property. The space This beachfront property boasts an automatic gate entrance and a backyard leading directly onto the beach sand. Relax in style with multiple living areas, spread across 3 floors. First floor: Features a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and living/entertainment area. Second floor: Offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large covered porch. Third floor: Dedicated to the master suite with a private bathroom and porch offering stunning beach views. An additional porch on the 2nd floor side provides a perfect spot for al fresco dining. Other things to note We are a self‑catering property, and our goal is to keep costs low while offering you a beautiful, comfortable place to enjoy your vacation.
