Guest access Exterior doors have keypad locks. Bedroom doors have lock-boxes that contain a physical key. No one lives at the house, it is only used for short-term rentals. You will have access to the common areas (living room, dining room, billiards room, sunroom, equipped kitchen, laundry room, pantry, yoga room) as well as your room and bathroom. The house has very fast and reliable Wifi, tankless water heater, heating/AC. During your stay I will be available remotely. Other things to note We have a professional cleaning service that does a full turn-down of the house between guests. This service is included in the price of your booking. Security cameras are outside the property but not inside the building. They are only reviewed if there is an issue.
