OCD person Will Not be satisfied or happy with your stay here. Apartments near the ocean deteriorate faster for example seeing rusty metal surfaces like on the gate, stains, closet items not neat etc.. *😎 It's always important to remember to all guests in your group to maintain proper noise🥳 levels at all times.👉 Especially if you leave the door open with the gate closed only. We have other nearby guests and neighbors in other apartments. Plus, follow House Rules and Protocols 100%. * NOTE: Only a limited initial supply of Essentials is provided but after the existing supply is finished there is a short-distance CVS pharmacy and Pueblo Supermarket 24-hour grocery store where you can buy more as needed for your stay. The apartment location, unlike others in the area, has an easy, excellent location also to get in or out to the main highway area if using Uber or Rental Car. * ( You can also try Short-Cut Walk to the Beach through our next-door, San Juan Hotel with Casino.😎👍 But if you carry a beach cooler, outside towels, or ack like not staying there, their guards might ask you if you are a guest. But If you carry everything in a backpack hidden and act like staying there and buying a beer at the pool bar, you can pass OK most of the time. It is still a nice experience to check this Hotel San Juan as it has a nice Lobby, Casino, Night life activities, Brava Dance Club, Massage services, etc..) See instructions videos for details on how to use the hot water. 👉Air Conditioner (AC) is located inside the bedroom only. But you can leave open the bedroom door and close bathroom area, close balcony and AC can cool the living TV area and combine with the fans as an alternative if needed. 👉Elevators have different speeds, and you need to be patient, especially during rush hours of people going or arriving from work to their apartments.
