Located 1 block from Main St on the parade route and 1 block from the summer Farmer’s Market, this upstairs unit is located in a building that was built in 1906 as evidenced by its high ceilings and unique trim. New kitchen, new bathroom, new paint, new flooring, and new furniture and decor by local business Amazing Finds. Earplugs are provided because you might hear the bustle of downtown and the train 5 blocks away. The space Walk in to the newly renovated kitchen area on your right and counter height long table with 3 seats on the left. Continue to the living room with sofa and lift top coffee table that converts to a dining table with a queen bed on the right. Windows overlook the cute downtown featuring other turn-of-the century buildings. At the foot of the bed is a small desk next to a closet with a chest of drawers. Over the closet is a 58 inch TV with a motorized control to raise and lower it. The newly renovated bathroom with tub/shower is down the hall. Guest access Street parking in front (so you can see your car from your window!) as well as back parking lot on the premises, all at no charge. There is a rural "Tehama Rural Area eXpress" shuttle that travels on a fixed schedule to Red Bluff, Corning, Los Molinos, Gerber, and Tehama City. Other things to note Guest will receive a text with a 4 digit entry code for the door. This is a self check-in unit. Light refreshments will be waiting for you plus goodies in the refrigerator. Prices may be sequentially reduced if unit isn't rented out within 3 days of arrival so, if you like what you see, make sure you check frequently to take advantage of this discount! Request for early check-in or late checkout must include a requested time and be prepaid at a rate of $15 per hour rounded to the next hour for partial hours. You will receive a request for funds and confirmation subject to availability because time must be reserved for cleaning between guests.
