Small cozy detached house in nature

Detached house in quiet surroundings in a smaller village close to Lake Bostal/Idar-Oberstein/Erbeskopf/Kusel/Hunsrück National Park. Close to Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Holland The space Hello dear guests, Here I offer my small well-furnished house. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room and a bathroom as well as a large kitchen. The 2 children's rooms/bedrooms are fully furnished (bed and toys) and connected. 1 master bedroom with double bed 1.80 m x 2.0 m. One children's room with a bed 1.60 x 2.0 and one children's room with a bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m. Kitchen fully furnished (but dishwasher not usable until further notice) Furthermore, there is a couch in the living room that can be converted into a sofa bed and is therefore also a cozy place to sleep. In principle, there is space in the house for 8 people, in 4 rooms if you include the living room with sofa bed. On the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue area. Under the house is still a small green area. The terrace is completely fenced. The house is quietly located on the edge of a forest in a small residential area in a small village. There is also a small pub “Anja's Pub” and a bakery in the village. The Nahe also flows through Heimbach, where you can take a wonderful walk or go swimming in the cool water in summer. (Location of the Nahe access and hiking trails can be sent) BREAKFAST on weekends with homemade baked goods and homemade products as well as sausage from the region is possible on request. Thermomix on request Nearby there are many hiking opportunities as well as Lake Bostal, the cities of Idar-Oberstein incl. Hunsrück National Park, Kaiserslautern, Trier and Saarbrücken and Luxembourg as well as France (everything can be reached within 1 hour, Idar-Oberstein 20 min) Train and bus connection in the village.
