This home is centrally located with in minutes of down town Easton, Oxford or St. Michaels. This home is bright, and fresh with coastal touches. * Newly Remodeled in 2022, this luxury home is situated on a large lot, with water views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 6. *The Master bedroom( kings size bed) is a large suite with water views, two oversized closets and a large smart TV. While the other two bedrooms have a garden views with large closets and smart TV's. * The Master bedroom has marble features with a duel head shower and separate vanity and shower areas. The other bathroom has granite countertops and a full size tub/shower. * Bedroom # 1 has a full size bed along with large closet and dresser and a mounted smart TV and front garden views. * Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed with, a closet, dresser and Smart TV with garden and water views. * The kitchen has a clean all white look, with upgraded appliances including a double oven and a wine refrigerator. * There is a front sitting room area, with 4 lush leather chairs, that would be a great work area or a good book. * A sunporch that has a table for 6 people and a ping pong table. * There is a large deck with table and chairs along with Adirondack chairs along the waters edge, a great place for morning coffee, or a glass of wine! *All bath towels and bed linens are provided, and the beds will be made when you arrive. Each shower has a shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a hairdryer in the master bathroom. We have provided a limited supply of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started. *We have wifi throughout the house, with smart TV's in the living room along with all of the bedrooms equipped with all the popular apps. *A second refrigerator/freezer is available for use in the garage. *Check in and check out is a breeze with our smart lock technology. No need for a key, the code will be provided prior to check in. *During the summer season there are regularly scheduled maintenance people for the lawn. They must not be denied access to the property. We make every effort to let you know when to expect them. *Trash pick up may also occur during your stay and you will be asked to bag and place all trash in the provided receptacles. *Please remember that this is our home that we are sharing with you. Please be respectful and considerate of our property and our neighbors. What you do and how you conduct yourselves greatly affects our ability to continue to share our home with others. You are allowed access to everywhere in the home except the garage cabinets, there are a few that are locked up that you will not have access to. The guest is NOT allowed in the pond.
