A tiny house with a garden and a hot tube

A cozy two-bedroom holiday home (40 m² indoors) with all amenities, a spacious terrace, a SPA-massage system, a wood-fired hot tub (additional charge of 70 EUR/night), and a garden area. This accommodation is perfect for guests who appreciate the comforts of home and a peaceful, quiet environment, while still wanting to stay close to the city center. Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or heavy alcohol consumption. The home is located in a private residential area (village) The space The house features two separate bedrooms, a living room with an open kitchen, a shower room with a toilet, and a wardrobe. Bedrooms: Both bedrooms have comfortable 160x200 cm beds, and there’s a sofa bed (145x195 cm) in the living room. Bedding and towels are provided. Kitchen: The kitchen includes a dining table for four, a stove, mini oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary kitchenware for preparing light meals. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. Shower Room: The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are available for your convenience. Heating and Air Conditioning: The house is heated in winter and cooled in summer with an air-source heat pump. Electric radiators are available in the bedrooms for additional warmth. Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the terrace furniture and hot tub (available for an additional fee). Guests can freely use the charcoal BBQ and fire pit. Charcoal and firewood are available for purchase, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Nearby Attractions: * The sea (stone beach) is just a 5-minute walk (300 m) from the property. * The nearest sandy beach is 2 km away (about a 30-minute walk). * A restaurant is located within a 10-minute walk. * The nearest grocery store is 2,5 km, supermarkets 4 km. Additional Rentals: * Bicycles are available for rent at 10 euros/day per bike. * Kayaks for sea trips can be rented for 50 euros/day per kayak. Guest access The house key is located in the key box. Additional information and instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival. Other things to note Parties and excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed in our home. The hot tub is available for an additional fee of 70 euros/night (+30 euros for the second consecutive night). Please inform us at least one day in advance if you’d like to use it, as preparation and heating take time. For same-day reservations, kindly ask about hot tub availability before booking.
