This home is ideally situated between Northern Michigan University’s Main and Sports Campuses, making it just steps away from university events. Downtown Marquette is only one mile from your front door, and Lake Superior beach access is less than a mile away to the east. Plus, you’ll love the quick access to nearby biking, hiking, and skiing trails. The space Four Square Home built in 1909. Main level: large kitchen with plenty of counter space. Combined living room and dinning area. One bedroom. One bathroom. Front porch and seating area. Second level: Three bedrooms. One bathroom Basement: No living space, unfinished basement. Access to washer and dryer. Please note, the washer and dryer are well used but do work appropriately. Outdoors: front and backyard available for guest use. The area is unfenced. The house is located on a street corner. Stairs are required to enter the home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few storage closets. Other things to note The house is located in a fabulous central area. However, given the central location, the roads are busy. We allow dogs (maximum 2 per stay) for a pet fee. If your furry friend accompanies you on your stay, you are responsible for picking up and disposing of your dog's waste. The yard is available for use but is unfenced.
