Welcome to our cozy corner oasis! A shared space on a quarter acre, this charming home offer a relaxing, spacious yard with plenty of room for whole family! The bike path is right out the front door. Relax in our sitting area next to the peaceful pond & waterfall. Our kitchen has all brand new appliances and gas stove, stocked with essentials for ease of cooking. Rest well on the plush king size bed! In the evenings sit next to the outdoor gas fire pit and tell the tails of the days adventures! The space This is an original 1950’s bungalow that we love and call home. We are inspired by music and adventure and enjoy sharing our space with friend and family from around the world! We like to visit new places so if you would like to trade properties or swap houses, let’s talk about it! Guest access Guests have access to entire house except for our bedroom. Again, this is a hosted rental. We do ask that you please stay out of the garage. During your stay We are always readily available to you via phone call or text and will be around the property. We both work and will be in and out of the house throughout the day. If you have any questions on how to work anything or need recommendations for places to eat or adventures to find, just ask! Other things to note This is a hosted rental. We are full time residents and live here too! South Lake Tahoe has a restriction against short term rentals. If you are interested in the entire property, without us here, it must be a 30 day rental. Please message for rate inquiries. We are a pet friendly property with a fully fenced in yard. Please pick up any remains as this is also our sons play area. If your pet makes a mess or destroys property, please just let us know and we will get it fix.
