This stylish apartment is located on the outskirts of Erfurt in the district of Schwerborn. It is ideal for city trips or longer stays to explore other beautiful cities such as Weimar, Gotha and Jena. Hainich National Park and the Thuringian Forest are easily accessible. The apartment is ideal for two to four people who want to relax comfortably after a trip to the city or nature. The space The apartment has a size of about 75 m², is barrier-free and is located on the mezzanine floor of our house. It is accessible via a few steps. It has a front yard, which can be used for the morning cup of coffee or evening wine. The kitchen It has a dining area for four people and is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Basic equipment also includes oil, pepper, salt and sugar as well as some spices. The first cup of coffee or tea is also provided. In the sleeping area there is a comfortable bed of 1.60 m x 2.00 m size, a reading corner, as well as a desk with desk chair. Clothes can be stored in a wardrobe and in the closet. The living room has a large sofa bed with a sleeping area of 1.40 m x 2.00 m, an armchair, sofa table, smart TV and a dresser for clothes. A cozy reading corner with wingback chair is located in the adjacent conservatory. Books and magazines invite you to browse. The bathroom has a large shower, sink and bathtub. The toilet is housed separately in a separate room. Towels and bed linens are provided. Additional notes By car, you are 15 to 20 minutes from Erfurt city center. During the week, you can use public transport. Unfortunately, public transport runs very little in the evenings and on weekends. By bike, the city can be reached in about 40 minutes via a bike path. The nearest bakery and supermarket are in the neighboring village of Stotternheim 4 km away and can be reached easily and quickly by both car and bike. Guest access The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of our house and is available for your exclusive use. Other things to note The City of Erfurt levies a culture tax of 5% of the total price of the overnight stay for both private and business travelers (since 01/01/2024). We will notify you of the amount to be paid prior to arrival. At check-out, we ask for payment and of course issue a receipt or, if desired, an invoice.
