This beautiful home is beautifully located close to everything you can think of. It is in a great, friendly, and very safe neighborhood. It is a minute's walk to the Greenway bike trail. A few minutes' drive to Beaver Lake. It is also very close to Sam's and Walmart Home Office, AMP theater, Restaurants, Hospitals, grocery stores, parks, shopping areas, and more! While it is close to everything this home gives you a feeling of absolute peace and quiet. Guest access Guest can access their private room. The rest of the space is shared with other guests and me. Your nightly charges do not include using the stove, grill, washer and dryer but we would be happy to share it with you for a fee. You just need to ask! During your stay I want my guests to have the option to interact with me if they're comfortable and also have the option to be private and come in and out as they please. The house has an electronic keypad lock to enter the house. The room also has an electronic lock. Guests will be given a code prior to their arrival. I am mostly out during the day depending on my schedule but I am free to assist when needed. Other things to note You have to provide a copy of your Current I.D and the other guest's I.D that is coming with you if applicable anytime before your check-in date. No copy of I.D = no entry. To some guests who established their credibility by having 5 reviews or more may not need to provide I.D unless you plan to book a longer stay. Note: My safety and my guests safety is my top priority and I do not take this lightly. I double background check guests before entering my home. So for your own safety we encourage that all guests' go through the same procedure. Thank you!
