As you enter the Oasis you are greeted by 5000 sq ft including a Great room with a heated indoor pool making this home prime for entertaining. The space The Oasis has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 12 guests with parking for 12 or more vehicles. Bring out your inner chef, or choose from our recommended chefs to prepare delicious meals in this newly renovated commercial-grade kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with marble counter tops, island with stainless steel farm style dual sinks, 30 cubic ft refrigerator, built in Zline convention oven , state of the art 6+ burner dual fuel gas stove with blue tooth , pull out mixer elevator, and so much more. The centerpiece of the oasis is the stunning pool room. Inside the pool room, you will be entertained 24 hours with full access to a commercial bar with brand new granite countertops and our newly renovated 16x38 ft heated in ground pool, 4ft to 9ft deep . Relax floating in the pool, watching your favorite shows on our 86 inch flat screen tv. The pool room has vaulted ceilings with sky lights , pool table, Sonos surround sound system with blue tooth access for guests . There is a full bathroom with shower that adjoins the the pool room for guests to shower and change. Walk outside and lounge on our large deck, relax and enjoy the landscape. Guest access Door codes are provided for keyless entry the day of check in. Other things to note Additional fees for extra services or guests may be required. Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee of $100 for every two-hour increment. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. For safety and security purposes, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the property only. Please note that overnight reservations with children under the age of 5 are not permitted. Pool Policy Notice To protect the integrity of our pool liner, filters, and water quality, outside water toys, balloons, and other products are strictly prohibited. Only personal floats are permitted inside the pool area. Please note: Any outside items found in the pool will result in a $500 fine.
