Chalet apartment in Valais/Bürchen with balcony and garden

Welcome to Chaletluja, the chalet of Anja and Luisa. Chalet Luja is located at 1,600 m in the middle of the idyll of the Valais mountains on a small private path. We have extensively and lovingly renovated the chalet apartment offered here and would like to share this special and magical place with you. We are happy to welcome you as our guests. The space The chalet apartment with large balcony and garden is located on a small quiet private road in Bürchen. A newly designed entrance area is connected to a spacious living/dining area with a new fireplace, which opens onto a spacious and very nicely furnished balcony with a lounge corner, from where there is a beautiful distant view of the Valais mountains. The three cozy bedrooms are all equipped with built-in closets. A new kitchen open to the living area and fully equipped with all appliances, such as a large fridge-freezer, oven/stove as well as dishwasher and washing machine, invites you to cook together. A new and modern shower room with rainwater shower completes the apartment offered. Numerous hiking trails start right at the house and offer the opportunity for walks or an ambitious active vacation, e.g. with a mountain bike, which can be rented in the village. In addition, for example, Zermatt, Saas Fee, the Aletsch Glacier, Lake Geneva or the upper Italian lakes, such as Lake Maggiore, can be reached in about an hour by car and are always worth a trip. In winter, skiers will appreciate the groomed cross-country ski trails. The ski lift is located about 500 meters from Chalet Luja. Even those who like the hustle and bustle will not miss out due to the central location of Bürchen in Upper Valais. In less than an hour's drive you can reach the hotspots such as Bettmeralp, Riederalp, Grächen, Sass Grund, Sass Fee, Zermatt, Leukerbad and Crans Montana. Guest access Chalet Luja is situated on a small private path. In summer, the car can be parked directly in front of the chalet for packing and unpacking. In winter, in the snow, the private path is only cleared and passable for pedestrians. The car can otherwise be parked about 30 meters from the chalet in the public parking lot on the street. This parking space is always cleared, as it belongs to the municipality of Bürchen, which charges a weekly fee of 20 francs or a daily fee of 5 francs for parking. However, this parking card is not only valid for this parking lot, but with the parking card the car can be parked throughout Bürchen (ski lift, restaurants, shopping, etc.). Other things to note In addition, the municipality of Bürchen charges all guests a guest fee per night, which you must pay to me as the landlord. The fee for the guest card is CHF 4 per night for people aged 16 and over and CHF 2 for people aged 6 to 16. Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge.
