The modern apartment, located on the first floor, is furnished with care and attention to detail. Those who choose Casa Mia Chiaia will have an independent entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and a beautiful private balcony. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to organize private parties and to introduce undeclared guests. The space The brand new flat, recently renovated, is located on a comfortable first floor (no elevator) of a typical building in Via Chiaia. It consists of a separate entrance, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (120x190 cm) and one with a single bed, a dining room with a double sofa bed (160x200 cm), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower (*), sink, toilet and bidet. *Please Note: To avoid unpleasant odors on the shower tray drain there is a silicone cap. The cap should be removed during the shower to drain the water and put back at the end of it. A beautiful private balcony, in addition, allows you to enjoy at any time the Neapolitan nightlife, without ever sacrificing the absolute silence guaranteed by windows and doors with avant-garde closures. Finally, the apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi with fiber connection, air conditioning, smart TV, hairdryer, bath towels, face and hands, soaps and shampoo shower, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge and freezer. Guest access The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. Guests can access all areas and rooms of the house reserved exclusively for the guest who made the reservation. There are no common areas with other people. Guests are informed that some cabinets are dedicated to linen changes and the storage of consumables and are therefore not available to them.
