You will enjoy an exceptional view and a comfortable cottage in the heart of the Livradois Forez Natural Park! The vacation rental is located in a hamlet on the heights of Saint-Anthème, in a typical old farmhouse renovated with care and without any neighbors. On the ground floor, it consists of: - an open living room-kitchen with a fireplace with insert (wood offered) - a cellar for storing cheese and other food - a laundry room - a separate toilet On the 1st floor: - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed - a bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed - a large bedroom with four 90 cm beds including two bunk beds (3 additional people accepted €35/pers/week) (the top bed is forbidden for children under 6 years old) - a bathroom - a separate toilet Finally, the centerpiece: a beautiful green and flowery exterior with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, garden furniture and barbecues. Carport (2 spaces), private parking. Small enclosed room that can accommodate bicycles, equipment... Partially enclosed plot. For your convenience, we offer an "all-inclusive" rate (heating, electricity, cleaning, sheets, towels and beds made on arrival). Numerous surrounding activities: the festival at the Montpelloux volcano, Jasserie du coq noir. Summer: Prabouré Mountain Activity Park 14 km away: downhill scooter, mountain kart; Giant zip line, via ferrata, pony rides, giant slide, panoramic tower, nets suspended in the trees, barefoot trails, many marked hikes (GR3 circuit passing in front of the gîte). In the village: Water body, small leisure center with supervised swimming, pedal boat, health course, boules court... Fishing in the Anse River and the Pradeaux dam lake 6 km away
