Spacious villa near Gothenburg

Spacious villa of 147 sqm in a child-friendly residential area just outside Gothenburg. Large terrace and balcony with evening sun, fireplace for chilly evenings and plenty of room for the whole family. A stone's throw away is a family-friendly swimming area by a lake, golf course, one of the world's best Disc Golf courses and a square with all the amenities. If you prefer the sea to the lake, there are several nice swimming and crab fishing opportunities 25 minutes away. The city pulse in Gothenburg is only 15 minutes away by commuter train or 20 minutes by car. The space In the house there are 3 bedrooms, all upstairs. In the larger bedroom, there is a double bed that is 180 cm wide. There is also a desk with a chair if you need to work during your stay. In bedroom number 2, there is a bed that is 110 cm wide. There is also a desk with an associated chair. In bedroom number 3 there is a bed that is 05 cm wide. There is also a smaller sofa, as well as a table and (an older) TV. In the living room upstairs there is a large sofa with sleeping facilities (not a sofa bed though). Here, if necessary, I also inflate an air mattress with room for 2. In the living room downstairs, there is a sofa with sleeping facilities (not a sofa bed, however). For larger groups, I also usually inflate an air mattress and place it under the stairs. Guest access You rent the whole house and thus have access to both floors including kitchen, 2 bedrooms, terrace, balcony, carport, etc. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are available to rent for SEK 100 per set and stay.
