The Owl House is an historical cottage located in the heart of the mountains only 5 minutes from Banska Stiavnica, the UNESCO world heritage town, famous for its beautiful architecture and castles. Our warm and cosy cottage has everything what you would wish for with its authentic untouched character and the beautiful English gardens only a few steps away. Enjoy staying in our cottage full of character thanks to its authentic tiled stoves and newly installed copper pipes. Location wise, you won't be disappointed, with the manor only meters away, and Banská Štiavnica located just 4 kilometres away. The cottage is composed of 3 flats with an outside and inside shared area at the centre. Each flat has Wi-Fi, a TV offering 70 channels, a fully equipped kitchen and its own bathroom, making sure everyone's privacy is kept. The cottage is the perfect stay for a group of friends or family gathering, with or without dogs. The total area of the cottage is 200 m2. The most spacious flat offers sleeping for up to 5 people and has a separate living room and kitchen. The second one offers sleeping for up to 5 people and has a separated living room too. The last flat offers sleeping for up to 4 people and is unique thanks to its brand-new bathroom and historical piano available to play. Parking is free up to 3 cars. Please park as near as possible to Soví dom house. You’ll access the flat via the front of the property. The access is private. There are two doors, then 3 doors, one for each flat. All guests have access to the entire flat, and amenities. All important details will be shared with you before your arrival to make sure you have a smooth stay. Just let us know in advance, please:) A visit to the Manor House in St. Anton - a national cultural monument. The manor house is located just opposite the villa and besides interesting expositions, it also offers a historical park where you can walk along the nature trail and learn about interesting facts and the history of the manor house itself. Hike to Sitno – the highest peak of the Štiavnické vrchy mountains. There are several trails to the mountain itself, we recommend you check mapy cz and find the most suitable one for you. There is the A.Kmet's Mountain Chalet, where they also offer small refreshments during the season. The historical centre of Banská Štiavnica, which is in proximity to the villa, offers many attractions, cultural monuments and beautiful corners. There is no shortage of beautiful Cafés and Restaurants where you will be able to enjoy, besides great drinks or food, the unique atmosphere of the place. Getting around Parking is free and right next to the cottage.
