Close to all amenities in a quiet and secure residence, the apartment will offer you a cocooning atmosphere and the must for relaxation ,our jacuzzi in privacy. We would love to host you so don't hesitate and book it! The space We have made sure to arrange the apartment with many amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. You will find a 19 m2 living room equipped with a 42”smart TV with WiFi and internet fiber as well as board games for a moment of conviviality or just eat and have an aperitif in the sofa area which is convertible for 2 places. Remote workers,commercial(or other)are also welcome as we have created a dedicated space with a liftable office in order to work in the best conditions. The kitchen, on the other hand, will offer you all the necessary elements so you can prepare well small dishes(oven, ceramic hob,microwave,refrigerator and all cooking utensils) but also a coffee machine for coffee lovers ( Nespresso), pods for the first day of the stay offered. For the sleeping area,a queen-size bed awaits you with a TV also connected with TNT channels,you can store your personal belongings in the dressing room, all in a warm and cozy decor. A bathroom with a shower will be offered, shower gel,shampoo (extra) and towels will be provided. And finally,our key element,the Jacuzzi available all year round with an average temperature of 38 degrees. Guest access A private parking space awaits you within the residence with secure gate.
