Upstairs, three private bedrooms each include an ensuite bath—two with queen Sleep Number beds and a primary suite with a king Sleep Number, spa-style rain shower, and breath taking views. The lower level features a spacious guest suite with two queen beds, a full bath, and an open living area—ideal for couples, friends, or adult groups seeking a peaceful getaway. On the main level, the gourmet kitchen flows into a bright, expansive living and dining area with stunning river views. It’s the perfect setting for shared meals, conversation, and connection. A private theater on the top floor offers plush seating for ten, creating an unforgettable entertainment experience. This home is intentionally maintained at the highest standard and best suited for mature guests seeking a quiet, elevated stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, including all main living areas, the gourmet kitchen, dining spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, lower-level suite, theater, and outdoor patios with panoramic views of the Columbia River. A few select appliances and storage areas are reserved for owner use to maintain the home’s condition.
