Entire House 1,700 sq ft

If you're a construction company then 4 crew members can spread out in 4 separate rooms. If you're a family then 8 people can fit (2 in the master bedroom, 1 in the guest bedroom, 1 in another bedroom, 1 in the office on a roll away bed, 2 on a full size floor mattress, and 1 on a twin size floor mattress. During Iditarod the house has hosted basketball teams with 10 people (it's a bit of a tradition as the town fills up and folks drop a sleeping bag wherever they can find space on the floor). The space In terms of sleeping space… The master bedroom has a queen bed and sleeps 2 adults. The floor space is large enough to drop two twin mattresses on the floor for kids. The guest bedroom has a twin bed and sleeps 1 adult. The office has a roll away bed and sleeps 1 adult. The poker room can serve as additional sleeping space. There is a full size mattress in the walk-in closet that can be put on the poker room floor to sleep 1 adult or 2 children. During the Iditarod Dog Sled race entire basketball teams have stayed in the house. There's a tradition of “throwing down a sleeping bag wherever you can find floor space” since the town's population explodes in March for the event.
