With its magnificent 240 m2 rooftop overlooking the Seine and its huge downstairs room, it's the perfect place for birthdays, engagements, weddings, cocktails and professional events. Possibility to visit before booking, please ask! The space The kitchen is perfectly equipped if you want to cook yourself, otherwise you are free to use the caterer of your choice. We provide a powerful sound system and two microphones for your entertainment. The terrace is equipped with furniture (tables, chairs, sofas), lit for the night and a gas BBQ is available. Part of the terrace (about 40 m2) can be covered by deploying an electric blind in case of rain or strong sunshine (see photos) We have full dishes for 25 guests, as well as tables and chairs to accommodate up to 60 people easily. The downstairs room is really big, it's hard to imagine from the listing photos. If the desired date is unavailable on the calendar, please let us know if another available date works for you to check the availability with us. Indeed, we often have two events per day (a brunch at noon and an evening in the evening), but as soon as a first event is booked, it blocks the availability of the whole day.
