Ideal rental for 6 adults + 2 children + 1/2 infants, family or groups of friends. You can enjoy a totally enclosed private plot of 2 hectares forested where young and old can enjoy the exteriors, with ping pong table and boulodrome. For good meals from the Southwest, enjoy the 2 terraces including 1 covered (35m²) with rolling blind and the fixed barbecue. During your stay, also explore the city of Nérac or Agen and have a great time with your family in Walygator or Aqualand Park. Also walk the most beautiful Villages in France, stroll on one of the many hiking trails or on one of the bike tours. - No smoking in the cottage - Pet allowed (1 only) - Gite without wifi The cottage consists of a ground floor and a floor, totally independent, located near a rather transient road. Things to know for your arrival: - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8KWH per day or 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on site in addition after reading the meters (depending on the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice). - A security deposit of 400€ will be handed to the owner upon your arrival. - Rental of sheets on request: €10 for the pair of sheets + bed made. - Linens + crib: provided. - Linen: free of charge. - Towels: €5/Pers. - Cleaning required: €60.
