You can enjoy a totally enclosed private plot of 2 hectares forested where young and old can enjoy the exteriors, with ping pong table and boulodrome. For good meals from the Southwest, enjoy the 2 terraces including 1 covered (35m²) with rolling blind and the fixed barbecue. During your stay, also explore the city of Nérac or Agen and have a great time with your family in Walygator or Aqualand Park. Also walk the most beautiful Villages in France, stroll on one of the many hiking trails or on one of the bike tours. - No smoking in the cottage - Pets allowed - Cottage without Wi-Fi but with good 4G signal The cottage consists of a ground floor and 1st floor, is completely independent, and is located near a quiet road. Things to know for your arrival: - Towels, linens and dish towels: provided free of charge. - Compulsory cleaning: €60.
