Our immaculately clean and cozy one bedroom guest suite is ideally situated for 1/2 adults, UNBC students, working professionals and short/medium term visitors to BC's northern capital. Our modern spacious suite is close to the University of Northern British Columbia, shopping, bus routes and beautiful trails. Everything you need for your stay is provided, just arrive, sit back and relax. The space The suite is a bright open plan layout with one Queen bed bedroom. There is an available pull out sofa bed in the main living area. Guests can enjoy high speed internet, cable TV with Rogers sports package, Netflix and YouTube. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything required. Private laundry in suite. Guest access The suite is a fully self-contained legal suite with its own private entrance. Access to the rest of the house is locked/secure. Other things to note The basement suite is in a family home with the occupants living above. We are a quiet respectful family of four, both children are now young adults. You will likely run into our young Golden Retriever Lola during your stay. She loves to come say hi with a wagging tail and most probably a toy in her mouth. She is partial to the occasional belly rub.
