It has a bedroom as well as a living room - bedroom with a kitchen like a studio. You will enjoy top and unlimited sea and mountain views! The space Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! The plot is on two levels. In the first is the garden while in the second is the house with the side greenery! The ascent is made with close wide and comfortable stairs. There are olive trees, pear trees, orange trees, lemon trees, jasmine and many roses in the courtyard! Also a large part of the space is covered by the wonderful Japanese-origin Wisteria tree with purple flowers! The environment is idyllic and peaceful! It has outdoor pergolas for shade and protection with a top view of the sea, the mountain, the surrounding hills and the bay of the city! Guest access The premises of the entire house, the completely fenced plot and its courtyards are exclusively for guests! Access to the city is one minute and another one to the city's beaches by car, motorcycle or bicycle. Walking as a stroll is 15 minutes to the city. To the left and right of Eretria there are plenty of continuous beaches with a required time of 15 minutes or less by vehicle. Other things to note The place has a fire extinguisher and a pharmacy.
