Please do not touch pool/spa equipment—settings are controlled remotely. -No diving. No glass in or near the pool or spa. Use provided pool towels (not indoor towels). -Children must be supervised at all times around all water features. Trampoline Rules -Use at your own risk. -One jumper at a time is recommended. -No flips or rough play. -Children must be supervised at all times. -Shoes and sharp objects are not allowed. Dock Rules -Dock is typically accessible mid-April through mid-October (water levels fluctuate). -Life jackets are required for all children and non-swimmers. -No diving or horseplay from the dock. -Boats and paddleboards must be securely tied up after use. -A 100-foot no-wake zone must be observed around the dock and shoreline. Fireplace Rules -Main level fireplace is wood-burning.
