The upstairs has 2 living rooms, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 office, and 2 bathrooms. The downstairs has 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 laundry room. Sleeping spaces include: 1 Master bedroom w/ queen mattress 1 upstairs bedroom w/full-sized mattress 1 downstairs bedroom w/ queen mattress 1 downstairs bedroom w/ queen mattress 1 office/bedroom with desk and full-sized mattress Plenty of living room space for 2 additional queen-sized air mattresses 3 full bathrooms (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with toiletries. The upstairs is equipped with a 55” TV with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBOMax. Extra fast wi-fi (100mbps) with an extender to downstairs. Also, there is an extra deep soaking tub for you to enjoy after a long day exploring Nashville or hiking nearby in the downstairs bathroom, or if you want to grill and enjoy the firepit on the deck, there are all the materials you need to do so. Guest access 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive a message with check-in instructions, the door key code, and other relevant information for your stay. There are four parking spots available in the carport. Other things to note Permit #2023011266 Dogs are permitted on a case by case basis. In inquiry, please indicate number of dogs, size and breed. If approved, there is a $75 fee per dog. If there are any accidents in the house or need for excessive cleaning, there will be an additional $200 charge. Dogs should be crated if let alone in the home. If dogs are brought to the house without approval, an additional fee will be charged.
