This newly refinished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is nestled on a breathtaking 3.5-acre property with lush, mature palms, majestic oak trees, and Florida’s iconic Spanish moss. It’s not just a getaway – it’s an adventure-ready oasis complete with a private guest house, bonus poker suite, and endless outdoor space. The Property • Main House: 1,900 sq. ft. of comfortable, stylish living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. • Guest House: Fully equipped with a king bed and twin bunk and trundle , walk-in closet, and private full bath. Approximately 600 sq foot. • Poker/Game Suite: Includes an 8-person poker table, bar, and screened-in porch for ultimate relaxation or game nights. • Outdoor Paradise: Spacious yard with shaded picnic tables, boat/vehicle parking, a sparkling saltwater pool, and a 3-4 person hot tub. Fire tiki lights and LED accents set the mood for unforgettable evenings. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 14) • Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): • King Tempurpedic mattress, sitting area, 65” Smart TV, large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. • Direct pool and hot tub access. • Bedroom 2 (Coastal Theme): • Queen pillow-top mattress, 45” Roku TV, ceiling fan, and charging station. • Bedroom 3 (Americana Theme): • Double bunk bed (2 double beds)with memory foam mattresses, a pull out twin trundle also, 40” TV, phone chargers, and a ceiling light with a star projector. • Bonus Suite #1 (Guest House): • King bed with twin bunk, and twin trundle , futon, recliner, Foosball table, and private full bathroom. • Bonus Suite #2 (Poker/Game Suite): • Poker/game table, bar, leather loveseat, and screened-in porch. Other things to note This is a large propery but large parties are not permitted. Use of the house should be limited to guest who made reservations and their party. Friends or family obviously can visit (with owners approval), but overnight guest. Please let us know if you have special request. No large parties or events. We can discuss a larger gathering for additional fees. Extra messes or cleaning can have additional fees. The area is secluded and quiet, but we want you to have fun. Smoking in designated outside area only. All children must be under adult supervision with the hottub and pool. The house really only sleeps 14-15 with a combination or adults and children/teens. If you have more then 15 please just clarify with me so we can discuss all the beds and bunks ect so we are on the same page. I may allow additional guest above 14/15 and if so would be a $25 per person fee. Pets are also not allowed but if there is a pet situation of any kind please let me know IN ADVANCE , so we can discuss. Again fees may apply to pet or cleaning . There sometimes can be an exception and fees may be involved. Lastly kids should not be controlling the hot tub or controlling fragile buttons. Lost remotes are $75. Thanks for being our guest!!
