The space Welcome to the Melbourne Beach House! 🌞 3 bedroom 2 full bath 1 Master Room 1 king bed 1 Queen Bedroom 1 bunk beds with 2 twin beds 2 pull out queen couches Beautiful pool, solar panels do not work, they will be removed. Pool is not heated. Fire place out back Fenced in for any dogs that may stay! Kid & Family Friendly! Full amenities, everything is always stocked. Brand new washer and dryer! Office area Working out equipment Free WiFi! Deposit required if you do not have Airbnb reviews. Please make sure to watch all kids that can not swim, there is no pool fence just a backyard fence. Please make sure to put everything in a trash bag before putting into the trash can on the side of the house. Please take the trash out on trash days listed in the binder and have it back up before 6pm the next day. Please take trash out after 3pm and please put the trash can back on the side of the house where found. Please take all trash out on trash days or you will be charged! If anything is stolen, damaged or misplaced you will be charged or could have charges pressed against you. Guest access Entire Home! Garage is locked & 1 closet in the master is locked but there’s 2 closet for master! Other things to note Please follow the rules listed under house rules! Beach is 8 mins away! Downtown is 5 mins away! Melbourne airport is 10 mins away! Orlando airport is 40 mins away! Disney is 40 mins away! So many good restaurants and things to do that are local! Have fun 🤩
