The space This fantastic apartment boasts stunning views of Lake Tuggeranong from the spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying a relaxing outdoor meal or simply taking in the picturesque scenery. The apartment includes a full-size bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and an additional smaller bedroom with another queen bed. The bathroom features a large shower, toilet, and vanity. For added convenience, Apartment 6 has its own laundry with a top-loading washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a stainless-steel laundry tub, as well as an iron and ironing board. There's even a clothesline and portable drying rack for indoor or outdoor use. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including oven hotplates, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils are also provided at no extra cost. The meals/family area features a table and chairs, lounge, TV, and coffee table. Additionally, there is a sofa bed available, allowing up to six guests to stay comfortably. Guest access Our apartment is easily accessible through automatic sliding doors located on the street level of Anketell Street. Upon arrival, guests will be able to use the elevator to reach the second floor, where the apartment is located. Please note that the building is locked and secured automatically after 7:00 PM every night from Monday to Friday, and on weekends from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning. However, guests are provided with a key for afterhours access, ensuring that they can come and go as they please. Other things to note Enjoy peace of mind knowing that free parking is available on site during nights and weekends in our service area. For daytime parking, there are paid public parking options nearby. However, if you prefer the convenience and security of having your own dedicated parking space, we have a limited number of single-car lock-up garages available. For longer stays, we prioritize garage access for our longer stay guests.
