Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious, comfortable and peaceful farmhouse, adjoining the house of Philippe, the owner 🌰🍎🌸 It is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends, quiet and close to nature, halfway between Brocéliande and Josselin The space • The living area Enjoy a friendly living room with an integrated kitchen, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after your days of sightseeing. • The bedrooms - A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a dresser. - A second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a large closet to easily store your belongings. • The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home: dishes, small appliances, washing machine, oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine and filter as well as everything you need to cook easily. • Peaceful exterior Enjoy a green garden and terrace with outdoor furniture for dining, relaxing or enjoying a coffee in the sun. Guest access The whole of the house is at your disposal. Outside, you enjoy a private furnished space with garden furniture, table and chairs. On the other side of the house, an extensive garden is also accessible with orchard and vegetable garden. Other things to note Sheets, tea towels and bath towels are included, as is end-of-stay cleaning. Only the preparation of beds on arrival is optional, at a rate of €5 per bed.
