Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious, comfortable and peaceful farmhouse, adjoining Philippe's house, the owner 🌰🍎🌸 It is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends, quiet and close to nature, halfway between Brocéliande and Josselin The space • Living space Enjoy a cozy living room with an integrated kitchen, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing moments after your days of sightseeing. • Rooms - A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a dresser. - A second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a large closet to easily store your belongings. • The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home: dishes, small appliances, washing machine, oven, induction stove, Senseo coffee machine and filter as well as everything you need to cook easily. • Peaceful outdoor area Enjoy a green garden and a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture to eat, relax or enjoy a coffee in the sun. Guest access The whole of the house is at your disposal. Outside, you can enjoy a private space furnished with garden furniture, a table and chairs. On the other side of the house, a large garden is also accessible with orchard and vegetable garden. A jacuzzi, accompanied by an adjoining terrace, invites you to relax (available in the summer) Other things to note Sheets, tea towels and bath towels are included, as is end-of-stay cleaning. Only the preparation of beds on arrival is optional, at a rate of €5 per bed.
