Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious, comfortable and peaceful farmhouse, adjoining the house of Philippe, the owner 🌰🍎🌸 It is the ideal place for a stay with family or friends, quiet and close to nature, halfway between Brocéliande and Josselin The space • The living area Enjoy a friendly living room with an integrated kitchen, perfect for sharing meals or relaxing after your days of sightseeing. • The bedrooms - A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a dresser. - A second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a large closet to easily store your belongings. • The house is fully equipped to make you feel at home: dishes, small appliances, washing machine, oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine and filter as well as everything you need to cook easily. • Peaceful exterior Enjoy a green garden and terrace with outdoor furniture for dining, relaxing or enjoying a coffee in the sun. Guest access The whole of the house is at your disposal. Outside, you can enjoy a private area equipped with garden furniture, a table and chairs. On the other side of the house, a large garden is also accessible with orchard and vegetable garden. A jacuzzi, accompanied by an adjoining terrace, invites you to relax (available in summer) Other things to note Sheets, tea towels and bath towels are included, as is end-of-stay cleaning. Only the preparation of beds on arrival is optional, at a rate of €5 per bed.
