Welcome to Vienna! We live in Vienna's 8. district which is famous for its small boutiques, coffee shops and nice restaurants. The nearby Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz attract a crowd of people enjoying coffee and good food. By night, the crowd moves to the bars and clubs at the Stadtbahnbögen, both places less than ten minutes walking distance from the appartement. The city center (1. district) is less than ten tram minutes away. We hope you enjoy your stay at our family home! The space Our Maisonette features a big open floor plan kitchen with dining and living area upstairs. Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single bedroom) and the bathroom. Guest access Whole Apartment. Other things to note Just a heads up, since we rent it out while we're on vacation, you'll find our personal belongings around, and the cupboards won't be empty. We hope you enjoy the cozy, lived-in atmosphere. Please note that during hot summer months, temperatures in the apartment can rise significantly. We do provide portable fans in the bedrooms and a small portable aircondition for the living area to take the edge off.
