A spacious sun-filled one bedroom flat in Walthamstow, with great transport links into central London, and a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants locally. The flat is very homely, with a range of amenities to make sure you have everything you need to have a great time whilst visiting. The flat is set up for 2 people, but if you're looking for a place for 3 people, that can also work as the sofa is extremely comfortable, and the very large footrest makes this almost like a single bed. The space The living room is a great place to relax, spending time reading, listening to music or just watching TV. You can access all your favourite subscriptions through the smart TV, and will also have access to all TV channels on Virgin, including Sky Sports and Sky Movies. TNT is also available through Discovery+. The kitchen is full of everything you'll need if you want to cook, and you are welcome to use anything you can find. The bedroom is very cosy but you will have King size bed (comfort is everything) and a large wardrobe, so you have lots of space for your things. And if you want to just do nothing and stay in bed, there is a Amazon Firestick so you can access online services through there. You will also have access to a private garden with garden furniture that you can use at your leisure. Guest access You will have access to the entire flat for yourself. Other things to note Just to let you know, there are some of my own things that are left in storage, under the stairs and in one of the cupboards above the wardrobes, but I've made sure you still have plenty of space.
