Connect with the city by meeting Symba and Penike, the cutest kittens in the world, staying in a quiet and very bright studio, with very good vibes, located a few minutes from downtown and Ribera Castilla Park, one of Valladolid's greatest treasures. Our house is a home for animal lovers so €3/day of your stay are destined for an adoption home. We speak English, German, and Portuguese. Welcome, travelers from around the world. The space This is a very colorful and cheerful apartment full of small details. It is functional and quiet and each room is autonomous and has everything you need to organize your space while you can enjoy the shared spaces such as our balcony (where smoking is allowed), the living room where we have a sofa, armchair and beanbags and the kitchen with its bar, three different spaces to eat, read or hang out quietly. In the kitchen you will find oil, vinegar, salt, spices and everything you need for breakfast to your liking with tea, coffee, sugar, panela, bread, toast, cookies, cereals or muesli. Ask any questions you may have, and we'll be happy to answer them. Guest access The kitchenette, bathroom, and balcony are shared common spaces, and if the living room is not being used, you can also enjoy it as you like. The balcony is our only smoking area. The rest of the house is a tobacco-free space. Thank you for respecting it! . During your stay You choose how you prefer to communicate with us (we are two people taking care of the house, the kittens and the guests) and whether or not you prefer to socialize. If needed, you can hire extra housekeeping for your room during your stay. In addition, whenever your stay is 7 days or more, you can request that your room be cleaned and the sheets and towels changed as long as you agree to do so at the same time as the weekly cleaning of the common areas. We can also connect you with other services and activities to do in the city. In the house, you will find detailed information, but you can also ask us for any info you need before your arrival. Each room has a closet/pantry so guests can store non-perishable food they buy in their own room. Oil, vinegar, salt, spices, cleaning products, and personal hygiene products are available for common use. For perishable products we have a shared refrigerator-freezer for everyone. Other things to note This house is a space of scrupulous respect for the animals and plants that inhabit it. If you don't like animals and plants and you're not going to be respectful, caring, and affectionate with them, you're not welcome and we'd prefer you booked another place to stay. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. That's why you can't play loud music in the house or have parties or make noises that might bother the neighbors or those who are occupying the other two rooms.
