Studio Apt above Popular Restaurants(oppt Avisena)

Our studio apartment is best suited for couples, small families and solo travelers. Located right in the heart of Shah Alam, the Vista Alam complex (which houses many variety of restaurants and cafes on the Lower Ground floor) is located nearby gov HQ offices such as immigration, LHDN, PTPTN, etc. On floor P5, there is a common ground for guests to access gyms, pools, laundry, basketball, squash courts & ping pong. The apt comes fully furnished with a 40" TV+Netflix, AC, & 500mbps WiFi internet. The space We have a queen bed, and a single mattress (for 3rd guest on the floor) provided for guests. The studio apartment has 1 attached toilet (as in photo), and is fully furnished with air-conditioning, WiFi (500mbps TIME internet), a 40" TV, Fire TV stick for Netflix and YouTube viewing. We have our own Netflix account available for guests to use too. (do let us know in advance if you need the single mattress) Guest access All lifts in the apartment complex can only be accessible via a keycard that we will provide upon successful booking. If you plan on staying long term, we can provide a parking spot within the apartment complex itself (subject to availability). Otherwise we highly recommend parking overnight at Avisena (RM8/whole day) or downstairs within the Vista Alam commercial parking (RM17/whole day). (do ask if you need specific parking requirements, we will help as best we can) Other things to note Our Airbnb takes pride in doing self check-ins and self check-outs. This way guests can come by anytime between 11:00am-11:00pm for check-ins. We've got a routine in place for how guests would receive their lift & parking keycards.
