Our condo is on the 3rd floor directly adjacent to a free laundry room. We have a gym, 2 pools (1 heated year round), gate access only to parking lot, secure access to lobby of building. We have 2 elevators & stairwells for those who prefer to walk. Our condo is close to local restaurants and shopping.
