A single open-plan room with a queen bed, a dining table and a tiny galley kitchen with a hot plate, toaster oven and fridge. There is a separate bathroom with a shower and sink. The large deck has a picnic table and Adirondack chair. Right on the ocean. The entire house and deck is accessible only to renters. There are neighbors directly to the right, but renters have their own dedicated parking for 2 cars. The ocean is directly in front of the house but it's easier to access the beach by walking a 100 meters down the dirt road. The summer community stretches down the peninsula. It is accessed by a couple miles of well-serviced dirt road, through the Maine woods. The Lobster House restaurant, Popham Beach Fort, Spinneys Restaurant, Hermit Island beach, camp ground and general store, and several lobster and clam stores are all within 20 minutes. The nearest town is 25 minutes away and has the Marine Museum, a quaint town center, a weekly farmers market as well as many stores and restaurants.
