Where is the pool/gym? Guests need to complete the building induction before accessing the building amenities. Induction is at 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday. Please note that there will be no induction session on Sunday. The access will only be added the following morning, so the pool & gym are NOT AVAILABLE to one-night stay guests. The pool & gym are on level 8. Other things to note -What's the sleeping arrangement? Twp Double beds and one single bed - Do you provide parking? Onsite parking is not available. You may park at surrounding street parking and ACE paid parking ($5/Hour, $20 Daily Max [12 Hours]), 129 Kavanagh St, is 2mins walking distance from the building. - What's the address of the apartment? Melbourne Square, 11 Bale Circuit, Southbank. - Is the room shared? No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. - What is the check-in and check-out time? Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am. - Can guests check in early? Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time, but we can keep you updated on the day. - Can guests check out later? Late check-out is subject to availability. Please request in advance, and we charge an extra $30/hour, latest till 12pm. - Lockout fee We charge a $100 lockout fee if you lose your key or lock yourself outside the apartment and require us to come and open the door for you. - What's the check-in method? Self-check-in using an intercom system. - is Netflix available? Yes, but the guest has to log in with their own Netflix account. - Is cot provided?
