Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. - This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras. - We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets. - Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. - You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families. Attention: This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups.
