It will be fully set up for you to just come and relax. We're experienced super host and do know what our guests expect. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level and 1 loft bedroom up the staircase. Master and Loft bedroom are Cal King and King. The other bedrooms have a Queen bed and a full size bed. An addition twin size travel bed is available upon request. Very open floorpan inviting you for seamless indoor /outdoor living with disappearing Pocket doors. Wonderful kitchen in the center of the home with amazing views and access to pool. A table to seat 12 for dinner. The Piano shaped pool has a build in jacuzzi. View to the Santa Monica Mountains and walking distance to Topanga State Park. You will need a car up here. Topanga Beach is just 8 min away. Malibu 20 minutes, Santa Monica 20 minutes. Great base for all your excursions. Guest access You will have access to the main house, the pool and all outdoor areas on that level. One level down there is a guesthouse which is rented out. You do not share any common areas with the guesthouse. But in certain angles from the kitchen or outdoor deck you will be able to see part of the guesthouse.Down the hill at the bottom of the 2 acre property is another Airbnb rental which you will not see or be impacted by.
