This modern apartment is located in the center of the exclusive and safe district of Miraflores, just 2.5 blocks from Kennedy Park with countless restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks and tourist information office. Guest access The apartment has: - 1 Master bedroom with a double bed, Smart TV and private bathroom - 1 Secondary room with a double bed and a 43" Smart TV - 1 open studio with 1 1.5-person bed - 1 additional full bathroom to share. Both bathrooms are equipped with toilet paper, hand towels, body towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Note: Rooms will be enabled based on the number of guests visiting us. Our cozy living room has a 55" Smart TV so you can log into your Netflix, YouTube, Disney, HBO, etc. account. You will have access to the balcony overlooking the building's beautiful garden. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils to be able to make exquisite dishes, as well as complete tableware, even to enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious cup of coffee. In the laundry area, you will find a washer-dryer, which you can use only for washing light clothing. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, and you will have access to 2 elevators in the building. The modern building has common areas such as a swimming pool (no additional cost), lounge bar and outdoor BBQ area, these last 2 areas can be accessed at an additional cost upon reservation 3 days in advance. It was closed from December 12, 2024 to February 15, 2025, for remodeling reasons. TRANSFER to or from the airport is offered for an additional fee. Transfers within Lima are also offered. Keep in mind that the height of your vehicle must be less than 2 meters, to enter the parking lot without problems. If you have a pet, you must specify what kind of animal it is, what size it is, and keep in mind that depending on this, the reservation could only be accepted for a short period of up to 3 nights maximum. In addition, there may be an amount to be requested as a guarantee that would be returned at the end of the stay, after inspection of the apartment.
