☀️(태국인과 한국인이 함께 운영합니다:) ☀️Rare King-Bed(Extended) ☀️Nice&Open city view -Building B with gym, day pool and scenic working space and park on top 27th floor -High speed Wi-Fi&AIS smart cable TV (including Netflix, Disney+ etc.) -Beautiful interior with higher cost (sofa, TV, lights, utensils etc.) -Professional cleaning - Seven step "No cockroach" policy in the room *Do NOT send message for discount or showing rooms and be rejected for booking; The space 💦We Do all LAUNDRY "EVERYTIME"🤞 👉 It costs money💰 and time⏳ Less than 10% airbnb rooms here do blanket laundry every time like us For 90%? they do "magic" No new blanket goes in and out (*Because it's normally once in every 1~2 months for blanket laundry 👉minimum cost for blanket or duvet is 300 baht even in Pattaya and need at least 3 hours by drying machine) ((*Don't be 10~20th person who goes into that same blanket...without noticing...)) ☀️ (태국인과 한국인이 함께 운영합니다:) -2 sets of keycards keys (upon request) -6 big shower towels + 6 normal towels (normally 2+2, not 6+6) -High speed Wi-Fi & AIS smart TV including Netflix, Youtube, Disney + etc. (when you are alone, you need Netflix , when you are with friend, you need Netflix) -Smart TV with internet is available in the Bedroom too -Lots of usb charger, cables (iphone, android), travel adapters, multi taps available in every corner of the room, and... JBL blutooth speaker - Blackout curtain that enables you to sleep all day long (important after hangout at night) -many cushions & long cushion, pillows(2 low/2 high) -Slippers for toilet and balcony (very rare item in Thailand, Bare foot in the toilet? No!!!🤮🥵🤯😑) -big mug cups & glasses -metal chopstics(Korean style) -trash bags (no need to beg for plastic bags from 7/11 every time) -big size shower gel, hand soap & shampoo (that never run out) -laundry detergent & softner (no need to buy from 7/11 again and again) *We try hard to keep high standards for cleaning work before guest check-in "every time" - Cleaning (room, toilet, living room, kitchen, balcony) - Laundries (blanket, sheets, towels, mats) (we wash&dry ALL THE TIME, which is NOT normal) (Re-using blankets, bedsheets, covers? or just changing blanket cover without launundring blanket inside? No!!! 🤥🤧😷🥶😭😱🙊) It actualily cost us more than guest pay for cleaning, so we try to keep it worth its every penny -We don't provide daily cleaning service like many other airbnb rooms *Do NOT send message for discount or show rooms and be rejected for booking **We rarely answer questions "before" guest's booking:) Guest access 🎅Free 🎞Netflix with 📺42"TV (1st) in Living Room, High speed Wi-Fi & AIS smart cable TV (including Netflix, Disney+ etc.) & Smart 📺TV (2nd) in Bedroom Other things to note *Please don't ask for room tour before making reservation :) -*We only accept guests who registered ID at Airbnb (like many other hosts), so please registered your ID at Airbnb first:) -*No parking is provided(scooters are ok) -We don't provide TM30, receipts or documents. -Electricity and water is included as long as spent normally:) *Do NOT send message for discount or show rooms and rejected **We rarely answer questions "before" guest's booking:) ***Don't forget to check the monthly price at the app:) 👉👉👉 Here's FAQs about What we DO provide & What we do NOT provide + General Information -We only accept guest who registered ID at airbnb like many other hosts :) -We don't DISCOUNT and you can check the price at airbnb reservation system. don't ask us price -Guest can enter the room only AFTER PAYMENT for reservation, please DO NOT ask us to show the room before reservation -It's SELF-Check-in, you can get the key from mailbox (It's not locked, with no pass code) -Please note that your booking will follow the airbnb refund policy as is written, so refund is not available when guest check-out earlier than original schedule -Guest can bring ANYONE to the room day & night like your own home -We don't provide daily cleaning service as many other airbnb rooms don't -CLEANING is upon request and it's 800baht for 1bedroom and 1050baht for 2bedroom, which include full cleaning and changing bedsheets and towels to new ones -CHANGING bedsheets and towels only will cost 400baht -We spend more than cleaning fee we charge guests because we 'deep clean' and wash all stuffs every time guest check-in (unlike others), so please understand that our cleaning fee is a bit higher -For guests who stay longer than 3 weeks, we provide free deep cleaning and laundry services during stay (Which cost us 800baht for 1bedroom and 1100 baht for 2bedroom) -ELECTRICITY is included -We don't have space for LUGGAGE before check-in or after check-out -We don't provide taxi or transportation from the airport -We don’t Provide TM30 during the stay -WIFI speed is 100/50 Mbps which is same as my home in Seoul -It's 5min walk to the Pattaya beach and 15 min to Walking Street, 5 min to Soi Buakao, 5 min to Hilton hotel& Central Festival shopping mall -Parking is not provided, but you can pay 100baht per day (scooters are for free) -Infinity Swimming pool is on 31st floor of building A and Day pool is on 3rd floor of building B -GARBAGE room is next to the big elevator on each floor -GYM in on 3rd floor, building B -Drying machine is on 1st floor, building A -As we have experienced FIRE-case in the room and got damaged property often by providing IRON in the room, we QUIT providing iron, please understand this *Our office hours are from 9AM~7PM So please understand that we may be slow to reply during off-hours:) **As super-host, we DO focus on providing 'good accommodation' for travelers as described, but we are not 'friendly service' providers, please understand this:) ***Please kindly keep in mind that we are responsible for ROOM status only, NOT for CONDO FACILITIES while guest's staying period:) *** ***We ask our guests for passport pictures in case the condo office reqire us or sometimes the police ****Refundable Deposit is needed before check-in, which will be returned at the time of check-out
