The Sun and Sand PCB Sand Dollar Villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and beach-decor that is perfect for enjoying the 3rd best beach town in the US (according to Southern Living) and the Emerald Coast's white sand beaches (voted one of the top 10 MUST SEE in the world). We have recently remodeled and upgraded this spacious Villa: ~ remodeled bathrooms with walk-in tile shower in the master and tile surround tub/shower combo in the guest ~ remodeled and upgraded kitchen ~ new LVP floors ~ new living room & comfy patio furniture ~ shiplap decor ~ ceiling fans throughout There is plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52" smart TV adorns the wall with HD service. The full-size kitchen is remodeled and equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer. And we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.) The large master bedroom features a king-size bed, new flat-screen smart TV with HD and streaming channels, patio access, separate vanity, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower featuring an amazing rainshower head, plus a huge walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, flat-screen TV with HD service with streaming channels, and access to the 2nd full bathroom which is remodeled and features a tiled surround shower/bath combo with sliding barn doors. A queen sleeper sofa has been equipped with a high-quality, memory-foam mattress that is super comfortable (really!). Our patio features swivel bar stools with a tall table plus two Adirondack rockers to enjoy the golf course and green space where kids can stretch their legs and check out the many turtles in the pond (after golfing hours). From here, you can see you are just steps to the Resort's pedestrian bridge that leads to the beach, lagoon pool and more. A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street. This golf villa will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests—it's the perfect spot to be near all you want yet get away when ready. The resort's minimum age to book is 25 years old (firm), and pets/ESA are not allowed. Guests will have direct access and will be able to let themselves into the condo with our keyless lock. Perfectly located between Front Beach Rd and Middle Beach Rd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. There are many great restaurants within walking distance of the villa. PCB is driveable from many areas of the country but there is also a small airport located about 30 minutes from Edgewater called Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles. We provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags).
