Our secluded cabin is close to town and is easily accessible year-round. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a jacuzzi & fireplace. Master bedroom: upstairs with its own bathroom, king bed & 2 single beds Bedroom 2: 4 bunk beds ( 8 mattresses) with a TV and game console Bedroom 3: queen bed Bedroom 4: king bed and a half bathroom Downstairs living room: big fireplace, bar area, and full bathroom Upstairs living room: pool table area, panoramic window w/ views of Capitan Peak Our cabin has 2 big living rooms, both with plenty of space to relax and entertain. Downstairs living room: The downstairs living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The fireplace is a great way to stay cozy on cold winter nights, and the bar is stocked with all you will need to enjoy your drinks. The big screen TV is perfect for watching movies or playing games. Upstairs living room: The upstairs living room is a great place to entertain guests. The pool table is a lot of fun for everyone, and the comfy sofas are perfect for relaxing and chatting. The big panoramic window offers stunning views of Capitan Peak, and it's the perfect place to watch the sunset. We hope you enjoy spending time in our cozy and spacious living rooms! Guest access: This is a shared rental, so guests will have access to all rooms except the following: Garage Under the stairs closet Master bedroom closet Bar liquor cabinet Please note: The cabin is also used for our personal use, so we keep some personal belongings in the closets, bathrooms, and refrigerator. We ask that guests respect our privacy and leave these areas as they find them. Thank you for your understanding! We live in El Paso TX, ( 2.5 hours away) Guest will have the house completely by their own and can communicate via phone for any needs The house is in the Fawn Ridge Subdivision where mostly locals live in. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep outside noise to a minimum after 11 PM. We are centrally located on Gavilan Canyon, close to town but secluded enough to feel like you are in the mountains and not the city. Animals: Our cabin is located at the end of the subdivision and next to the forest. We get almost daily visits from deer and wild horses. Occasionally, we also have elk, turkeys, raccoons, and skunks visiting our property. During the hot summer months, sugar ants may also find their way inside. We keep the place fumigated and have traps to control them, but it is impossible to completely eliminate them. If you are uncomfortable with animals or insects, please keep this in mind when renting our property. Guest access: This is a shared rental, so guests will have access to all rooms except the garage, under the stairs closet, master bedroom closet, and bar liquor cabinet. Please leave these areas as you find them. Other things to note: Please be aware that our cabin is located in a rural area and there may be some noise from wildlife or other activities. We also ask that you respect our neighbors and be quiet after 10pm. The property has AC window units on the bedrooms and the lower TV room, and a portable evaporative unit in the upstairs game room to keep the rooms cool in the summer months and 2 separate heating units and a chimney for the cold winter nights.
