On the upper floor, there is a kitchen, dining room for 10 people and a shower room. For reservations of more than 6 people, a large living-bedroom (approx. 33 sqm) with double bed and another bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, oversized shower is provided on this floor. Adjacent to this living room bedroom is a fifth connecting room in which 2 more people can be accommodated. This fifth bedroom can also be reached via the third bathroom. For bookings of up to 6 people, only the three bedrooms in the attic can be used. In the attic, in addition to the three bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with tub and sitting shower, a large living room with cozy sofa and soft armchairs. The room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, DAB radio with USB port, CD and Bluetooth speakers, games and a library. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with real wood furniture. Wooden floors and real carpets create a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. The fireplace in the dining room can be fired. Fuel is not provided. Unfortunately, our sauna is not yet available, but it will be available to our guests over the course of the next year. Until then, you will find a large sauna and wellness area in the Großschönau leisure pool. In the romantic garden, you can barbecue or simply relax in peace. Garden chairs and tables are available. Bikes can be stored in a lockable room. The footpath and bike path on the Mandau is 5 minutes away. If you travel by car, there are 4 free parking spaces available directly on the property. You can reach the train station in about 15 minutes on foot. Cozy restaurants are within walking distance. Großschönau has 3 supermarkets and butchers and bakeries with in-house production. For bargain hunters, there are several factory outlets (terry goods, table and bed linen, branded clothing). Interesting shopping opportunities can also be found in the Czech Republic, just 2 kilometers away. It is €2.90 per person and day of stay. The day of arrival and departure day count as one day. Children up to the age of 6 are exempt from the guest tax obligation. For children up to 3 years old, a person surcharge does not need to be paid, as long as no extra bed is needed for this. For pets, an additional cleaning fee of €50 must be paid.
