Welcome to our home! It is a cozy brick bungalow from 1929. It is a quiet neighborhood. Partially fenced backyard. We're located close to historic Route 66, coffee shops, shops, restaurants. 15 minute drive from Gateway Arch National Park, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, Enterprise Center, Washington University, St. Louis University, Zoo, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside. Any smoke odor will result in a $150 fine. Noise monitoring device on property. The space You will have the entire home to yourself. You can sit on the front porch and watch the world go by, read in the unique sunroom, play corn hole and darts in the backyard, or connect your laptop to the projector for a group movie night! If you need to work, we have a desk set up or you can use the kitchen table. High-speed wifi is available. Up to 3 cars can park in the drive way. Easy access to Interstate 64 and 44.
