Located at 28kms from Bangalore. A great place for all private parties, work from home and gatherings. Near by places include- Tippagondanahalli dam(2kms), Manchabele dam(9kms), Big Banyan Tree(10kms), Wonder La(15kms), Shri Lord Ranganatha Swamy Temple(20kms), Savandurga hills(33kms).. The space Built with a mixture of old malnad and modern styles. Very spacious living rooms. A small flight of stairs to take you to the upper living room and bedroom. The upper living room windows have no grills, the room could be well used for doing yoga or have a nide adult gathering. We have a single gas cylinder stove for your cooking needs if ever needed. Plates and glasses will be provided. There are a few indian board games like carrom, ludo etc for those interested. Guest access The guest can access the whole house, and also take a stroll throughout the beautiful green farm community we have. You also can get tender coconuts grown in the farm from our caretaker. Please refrain from plucking fruits and flowers. Other things to note Govt. Issued ID Cards (e.g. Aadhar card, Passport.) A photocopy of it or mailing the picture of the ID proof would be sufficient. Smoking is allowed. Please maintain the house hygiene and refrain from damaging decorations around the house, they are old antiques which are fragile and expensive.
