The heated mini pool/jacuzzi and an outdoor shower are located in the entrance area of the house. Large covered terrace with barbecue area (large gas grill) for your meals, as well as for sitting comfortably, chilling out and enjoying sundowners. Large living room, dining room, fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, including 1 bedroom with 2 beds that can either be put together as a king-size bed or apart as 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a king-size bed. Both bedrooms have 45" smart TVs, built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The large living room is a fantastic area to relax, has an 84 inch HD TV, 50 Mbit/s WiFi, SmartTV. WIFI connection with high speed fiber optic internet connection throughout the house. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, the American double refrigerator provides ice cubes and chilled water (filtered) at any time. A guest toilet on the ground floor is generally available. This inviting house has wonderful sea views both in the dining/living room area and even in the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle and complete crockery for 12 people is available), separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The backyard, also known as the entrance area, is without a doubt something special. The heated jacuzzi with 4 jet nozzles and bench invites you to relax and feel good. There is also an outdoor shower and a small seating area for cozy moments. The residential complex has a large communal pool that is not heated and is freely accessible daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We provide bed linen and bath towels as well as an additional set of hand/beach towels for the Jacuzzi and community swimming pool. We will also provide other basic amenities such as toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, dishwasher tabs and dish soap. The famous and beautiful local town of Los Cristianos as well as the fishing village of La Caleta, famous for its fresh fish restaurants, are just 5 km away. There is a huge selection of: bars, restaurants, shops, shopping centers, supermarkets, banks, currency exchange, tennis courts, excursion shops, doctors and pharmacies, all just a few kilometers from your home. Other things to note A deposit of EUR 500 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded to you, subject to an inspection of the accommodation upon departure.
