Le Pré en Bulles, a cottage that sleeps 8 with a swimming pool open only on weekends in high season and during school holidays (from the beginning of June to the end of August), welcomes you in the middle of its 18-hectare wood with many trails and a pond (fishing 🎣 and swimming 🤿 prohibited), for a relaxing time in a peaceful and spacious place. It's the perfect place for unforgettable moments, synonymous with happiness, relaxation and joie de vivre, surrounded by nature. The space Cottage accommodating up to 8 guests. Access to the indoor pool ONLY on weekends (open from the first weekend in June to the last weekend in August). Located at the gates of Brittany, Anjou and the Pays de la Loire. 50 mins from Nantes and Rennes, 1h20 from Angers, 1 hour from the Atlantic coast and 2 hours from the Emerald Coast. Châteaubriant, the closest town, is 6mins away, where you will find many shops. Gite description: On the ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen open to living room including TV and sofas 1 Veranda 2 toilets, 1 of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility 2 shower rooms including 1 PMR 2 double bedrooms including 1 PMR Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms 1 quadruple room 1 shower room 1 toilet In the kitchen, you will find many appliances, a small grocery store (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc.), dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, household equipment, and everything you will need to cook and set a nice table for your meals. Possibility to provide a washing machine, tancarville, ironing board and ironing machine. The cottage is suitable for children, do not hesitate to ask me about the amenities such as: toilet reducer, bath seat, crib, changing table, high chair, play mat, toys and books for babies and children... All our bedrooms are equipped with open dressing rooms with hangers. Bedding PROVIDED OPTIONAL towels: €4/person All rooms come equipped with single beds that can be used as a double bed. All our double beds are 180/2m (duvet covers 260/240, fitted sheets 90/200 x2 (because single beds attached, the closure is present throughout, you do not feel any hollows, even at the ends). All our single beds are 90/2m (200/200 duvet covers, 90/200 fitted sheets) All our pillows are rectangular (50x70 cases) Outside, in the garden, you will have at your disposal amenities such as tables, chairs, sunbathing, barbecue. 🛜 No Wi-Fi available to date; fiber is being installed and is scheduled for 2027. You will have at your disposal many flyers, booklets, hiking maps of things to do and see in the area. I would love to share my great places with you!
