The large living room leads to a beautiful covered terrace and a few steps lead to the private garden overlooking the golf course. You will find two bathrooms, one with shower and the second one with a bathtub. The apartment has a table in the living area and another on the terrace where, if desired, a magnificent work area can be organized with a view of the golf course. The apartment is on the first floor but an elevator is available. In the garage there is a free parking space at your disposal. Guest access The apartment is for exclusive use.
