Our house is ideally located in Privas. It is located between Montélimar, Valence and Aubenas while being close to iconic places like Vallon Pont d'Arc... Nature lovers will be able to walk the paths and hikes that start from the house while those who prefer to read will find peace and quiet. A sun lounger on the poolside terrace will allow you to lounge under the song of cicadas The space Our house is spacious and bright! It consists of a large living room of approximately 80 m² with a mezzanine overlooking it of approximately 75 m². Very well equipped (3 bedrooms + mezzanine that can accommodate between 10 and 15 people, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, large 30 m² garage (to park motorcycles for example), fully equipped kitchen... you will be seduced by its terrace accessible by all the rooms that surround the house and that will give you the impression of being in a treehouse... Access to the kitchen overlooking the terrace will allow you to live outside while being inside or inside while being outside ;-) which will allow you to bask in the songs of the cicadas! The land (about 1000 m²), meanwhile, is a terraced plot. A trampoline and a cabin will satisfy the children, but also, the pool and its terrace on stilts will allow you to enjoy the sun! Bonus: our house is equipped with an electric charging station. Guest access You will have access to the entire house!
